We added a VIP Transportation concierge as a way to expand the VIP program to the service center! Our VIP concierge Serenity is here to extend the VIP experience to all of our service customers. We have always offered shuttle service as well as two waiting rooms, free coffee, free wi-fi, vending area & kids areas, and now we have courtesy vehicles available to you to drive! Here’s a link to our amenities. We have Ms. PacMan! :) If you don’t want to play it alone you can just ask an HRBG employee. We like to play now & then too!

Upon implementing the VIP sales process it grew quickly, our customers love it. It also caught the eye of Edmunds.com editor Matt Jones who wrote an article about our team. It was very exciting being recognized by an industry information leader. The VIP sales process has been a big hit & now we hope you love the VIP Concierge service just as much.

We have several vehicles which we can loan out & a full time concierge, Serenity to help you get into the vehicle of your choice, (upon availability). If you would rather have a driver, don’t worry Brian is still here to take you wherever you need to go.
